Shipping policy
Stone statues require shipment planning based on their dimensions, weight, finish, destination, and handling needs.
Quotation and delivery
Shipping charges and estimated timelines are shared after the product or custom requirement, quantity, and delivery address are confirmed. Timelines are estimates and may change due to production, carrier, weather, customs, or destination conditions.
Packing
Each piece is prepared and packed according to its form and fragility. Large or detailed statues may require reinforced or custom packing. Customers should inspect the outer package at delivery and record visible damage before accepting it.
Damage reporting
If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order details, images of the unopened package, shipping label, packing, and product. Keep all packing materials until the claim is reviewed.
International shipments
Import duties, taxes, permits, destination handling, and customs charges are normally the customer's responsibility unless the written quotation says otherwise.
