Website images and descriptions are references for handcrafted work. Natural stone varies in colour, grain, and minor characteristics. Prices, specifications, availability, taxes, and shipping are confirmed in the written quotation.
Custom work
Customers are responsible for confirming design references, dimensions, material, finish, quantity, and delivery details. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timeline.
Payments and cancellation
Payment stages, cancellation conditions, and refund eligibility are defined in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Custom production may not be cancellable after work or material preparation begins.
Website use
Website content and images may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Users must not attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
